Our Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

Refunds

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

Return Process 

To return an item, please email customer service at ownwayapparelbrand@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and The item and proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Please Note 

â—Ź If the item in question has been shipped outside of Barbados, the customer is allowed 7 days after the received date to return the item. 

â—Ź Returns will only be granted for items that are damaged or if the incorrect order was sent out due to the fault of the team at Own Way Apparel. Any other 

issues the customer may have with item that results in a return request, the approval will be left to the discretion of management.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
